Our daughter is severely allergic to dog and cat dander. No pets allowed. If a pet is found, a $1,000 deep-cleaning fee will be charged.

Quiet time is 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. We deeply respect our neighbors — thank you for your courtesy.
No tennis. Pickleball and basketball only. Games must end by 10:00 PM.
Only flush provided septic-safe toilet paper. No food down drains. No bleach or non-septic-safe soaps.

Horizon Haus LLC ("Landlord / Host") and the undersigned guest ("Lessee") enter into this Vacation Rental Agreement for the Wallu Retreat, Ahwahnee, California.
Landlord: Horizon Haus LLC, a California limited liability company.
Lessee: As indicated by electronic signature below.
Check-In: _________________ at 4:00 PM Check-Out: _________________ at 11:00 AM
The agreed nightly rate and total rental amount are as confirmed in writing. Full payment is due prior to check-in.
Maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Additional guests: $35/night per person. Unauthorized occupants may result in immediate termination with no refund.
No animals permitted. Violation results in a mandatory $1,000 deep-cleaning fee plus any actual damages.
Lessee agrees to abide by all House Rules including quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM), sport court rules (pickleball/basketball only), septic system care, and HVAC guidelines.
Lessee is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Horizon Haus LLC reserves the right to charge Lessee for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellations 30+ days prior: full refund. Within 30 days: non-refundable unless re-booked.
Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Horizon Haus LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Lessee's use of the Property.
Governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes resolved in Madera County, California.
